What are you doing today?

March 30, 2011

Another short lesson, but go back through previous lessons and use the verbs there to answer the question.  Also, take the chance to review some of the previous listening, as there’s quite a lot in it.

  • Dè tha thu a dèanamh an-diugh? (Jeh HAH oo uh JEE-ah-nuv ahn-joo?)  What are you doing today?

So what are you doing today?  Tha mi a’ sgriobadh an-diugh.

Tha mi a’ ceannach biadh–I am buying food. I checked a few dictionaries and could find no verb ‘to shop.’

No, I’m writing in English. I have three guest blogs I need to get out in the next few days, and lots of editing on my manuscript.
